AXIUEX Safety Core (the Service) is provided by AXIUEX Pty Ltd (ACN 697 001 942).
When you generate a document, you give us:
We also record limited technical information about each request, such as your network address and the time it was made, to keep the Service running and secure.
We use this information to produce your document, deliver it to you, keep the Service running and secure, apply usage limits, and improve the quality of the documents the Service produces.
To operate the Service, some of the information you provide is shared with third-party service providers that help us produce, store and deliver your document. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. This is disclosed in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your document, including the details you entered, is stored by AXIUEX and kept until you ask us to delete it (see below).
Submissions and generated documents are retained by AXIUEX and kept until you ask us to delete them, unless we must keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
We do not delete them on a fixed schedule, and we do not claim any automatic deletion period. Deletion happens when you ask for it.
